Interestingly, they are living their lives without caring about your presence there.
Maybe a predator was nearby and they would have already fled, right?

A lot of people go there to walk, and dogs and bikes aren't allowed. I imagine they feel fairly safe around humans. I'm sure real predators would have sent them running. 🙂
