99.99% is probably not achievable but there is lots of room to grow fro where we are
Have you seen the movie Avatar? In your opinion, was their society immature? After all, they didn’t generate or use energy in the way we do.

Oh, that's a good movie; it's worth watching, at least in my opinion. Especially the first part, the second one is so-so.
Yes, moreover, this movie also depicts our own society (on planet Earth) and how we manage energy resources. In a way, it makes us take a look at ourselves from the outside.
I hear it's good but never gotten around to watching it. Might add to my list
