Many people make announcements but they never go ahead, I remember one that was going to be dcrops but it was taking care of fish and nothing has come of it yet, more than 2 years ago, there was another one from oneup that never got off the ground either.

yeah its sad, so many projects have been invested into just to disappear I've fallen victim to it myself more than once.
looking back now I even paid 100 HIVE at the time for a "legendary" NFT, that could've been powered up instead!
