Nice!
I've been doing some plant propagations myself too.
I don't have a grow light though. I'm propagating cuttings in water.

We don't have enough sunlight during the winter, and I noticed a huge difference when using artificial lights. I'm using a cheap chinese LED panel, and it's doing its job!
Cool! I'm living in the dark Western Europe, so I know the problem.
I might look into grow lights for my tiny Ikea Greenhouse.
Nice! I highly recommend some lights for them! There's no need to buy fancy "grow lights". Regular bulbs would also do the trick as well.
Nice variegations, btw :)
Thanks! The one on the top left is a Syngonium Albo variegata.
Unfortunately two of the four leaves already died.
Most cuttings in the greenhouse are from my different Scindapsusses.
I also have a Alocasia Bambino Pink Variegata, but that one is still really small.
They need more light, especially variegated species :)
Then I certainly go for a grow light.
