Do you have an activity tracker to track your steps?
I do and my daily goal is set to make at least 5000 steps a day.
It's fun to check my stats every now and then. My daily average over a year is 8456 and made over 3 million steps in a year time.

Last 1 year, not bad.

Impressive 🙌
You must be a runner then?
I'm more a cyclist, but do run short distances from time to time.
Yup, I do run regularly. I also cycle but generally between April and September, and I hate trainers for indoor work, so I need to build up my cycling endurance each year from point zero again and again. :D
Nice. I try to go cycling all year round when the weather isn't too bad. I commute 16 kilometers one way 2 or 3 days a week.
I was pretty diligent checking mine for awhile but haven't much lately. May need to refocus. lol
I don't check my totals regularly, but I do get have my daily totals on my phone.
So if I'm low on steps I go out for a walk or a jog.
I probably need to check a little more in the winter. It's easy for me to slack off when the weather is colder.
Do you use actifit app?
I do. I don't think it shows my location unless I choose to do so with a photo.
No, I dont like to share my routes with the world.
Nor me. For in car navigation I use OSMand+
I don't use actifit but was thinking about it. I didn't know it requires location data. I always have location switched off.
I track mine on Actifit (it doesn't show my location) and post every day I get to 5000 steps as that the minimum to earn the token. Most days I make it and many I'm well beyond it.
I don't have the habit of tracking, but I sold your experience, it even made me curious hahaha...
