I'm walking again after having limped for a week! My physical therapist advised me to take a rest with my groin injury. Now, one week later I'm doing much better. It will take a few more weeks to fully recover, but I'm very happy to see progress.

Groin injuries can be tough. Especially if you are an active person.
And I am indeed an active person. But just had a green light to ride a bicycle again too. Not too fast or too far, but I can ride again 👊
Such a great place to have a walk, or read a book.
