After a week of doing hardly anything because of a groin injury I could ride a round on my bicycle again today.
Not on my road bike yet and not too far, but I'm glad to be back on the bicycle again! And it was nice and sunny too.

Glad you are better!... I “played soccer in a park” (or at least tried to) with my two little godchildren (8 and 6 years old) and after 40 minutes I almost had to go back home in an ambulance!🤣 Next week I will resume chess lessons for those kids!... It's much better for me!🤣
