Will it buy his own crapcoin? The markets may not have great confidence in him.
I assume there's gonna be another pump and dump. Vast majority of the token hasn't been minted yet, so it is too soon to promote it now imo.

no buying of coins, just coins confiscated from criminal actions go into the reserve.
Still, that's quite an important signal to the markets. Imagine the confiscated coins would be sold instead.
Yes, but many hoped they will buy coins. So there is no new demand. Just less coins on the market. Its ok, but not what many people expected.
