Better yet, if you are comfortable with SQL you can get the information more quickly by querying HafSQL or HiveSQL.
I.e. select * from TxAccountCreate where date between X, Y
It took a few moments, but guess what? It's 12/7 ... and there's just a little bunch of the same thing there .. a group created within just a few minutes of each other, all at once... and so far, NONE of those accounts are active! I'll post the screenshot in a minute or so more.
Sometimes there are no accounts created for many blocks, so the page stays blank

Same bunching and grouping ... I couldn't find an active account in those bunches ...
