I'm learning Japanese on Duolingo and now have an 8 day streak. Let's learn languages together on Hive! This is a cute way to learn languages and I find it as "screen time well spent". Thanks to @itravelrox who inspired me and is now learning French! ;)

Japan is very nice and very safe for female solo travelers. I've been to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Yokohama.
It's nice to hear that it's at least secure, considering how crowded Tokyo is. It's just such a bummer with how much it's being flooded right now!
Tokyo is crazy, but I had so many fun memories. Kyoto is peaceful, and it's a nice place to meditate. My cousin lives in Osaka with her family, and I stayed with them for five days. I'm not updated what's going on in Japan right now.
Apparently, there are a lot of floods going on in Japan right now, it's quite sad. I think they're recovering now though. There are so many beautiful places there. The Japanese are strong. ;) 💪
Ah yes, the typhoon. Sometimes it will pass by the PH and some neighboring countries.
