Honestly I don't know why someone would want to use Hive Fund for post rewards. Based on these numbers there are plenty of HBD in that account that will never be used
One argument is that Null account is not counted in the market and HiveFund is counted. If as you say that money will never get used in the HiveFund then it's more or less the same except then which one will get more people incentivized to interact with and vote on your snap?
