People always say there's an issue with hands or text accuracy. I've actually found guitars to be an eternal struggle.

what's usually the issue too many strings or too few?
Pretty much exactly as you see here. I suppose 'too many' would be most common, but more 'inconsistent'. The strings here go beyond where they ought, disappear and reappear in random places, and are all bend outta shape. Impossible...
I've found that multiple parallel lines in general is a struggle for AI tools. Even the frets have some wobbly stuff going on that give evidence of an AI image. The rest of the image looks pretty amazing, though.
