How many delegations do you run at any one time? Do you prefer fewer but higher value or many at lower value?
I have 16 delegations and wonder if having less works be better for someone with a near 4k HP balance? I delegate 2655 currently.

I prefer few but higher level. 16 with total <3K seem a bit excessive :)
With such a low HP stake I would keep more for yourself - you will earn less shit tokens, but have a higher upvote value for more interactions with users and faster growth. Just my 2c.
It's called power for a reason - if I had only 4k, I'd kept everything for myself. I delegate 2.4k from almost 50k, and it is still quite a lot.
A couple of things to think about at 4K:

OK, PeakD list numbering isn't working ... anyway, also consider what you want to get back of those 16 things, and maybe focus on the most important, because with below 4K HP you have only TWO possible splits to keep your votes above dust level.
In your situation, I would see if there were a curation trail for my most heartfelt delegations, join those trails, and pull all of my delegations back for now. Your full 4K HP is worth about 5.75 cents of a vote at the moment -- that's a vote that makes a splash!
2650 on 4K is a lot.
It also depends to whom you delegate and what your intensions are.
Do you get delegation reward returns and how much?
Some pay less, some pay none. With @topcomment we return 80% of the curation rewards to the delegators.
