This is great, congratulations, I started walking with my dog yesterday too to control my anxiety and warm up my engines to see if I will soon return to swimming.
I usually choose to walk in the evenings so my dog doesn't get dehydrated and because it's more comfortable for me too. We have to walk for better health.

I should, but I'm not doing any running. I've been very sedentary, but I want to try to change that one day.
