I just got back from a 20-minute walk without my phone. No music. No podcasts. No notifications. Just me outside with my thoughts (and a fresh latte, of course). I can't recommend it enough. A great way to start a Friday. Let's get moving!

It's good to go offline every once in a while to recharge. We consume too much information on a daily basis.
Absolutely! I tend to do this kind of thing regularly anyway, but I was listening to a podcast on the way to work that inspired me and I had to make a point to do it.
I also cycle to work and often listen music or podcasts too. But sometimes, especially when cycling back home after a busy day, it's nice to only have the sounds of your environment.
Agreed! I have a forty-five-minute commute home and I'll do that drive with my radio turned off one or two times a week. It's nice to be able to flush the day out before switching to husband/dad mode.
