Yeah, I was there when it was taken but I think most of my memories are actually from seeing the slides of the trip over the years.
I have the same thing happen to me. Did I remember it or was it my memory from the picture?

For sure! I have been scanning a lot of pictures and documents. They are treasures.
I did most the slides several years ago. I must have a few thousand prints from parents/grandparents/mine to go through. Winter is coming so that should be a good time to get started. lol
