True. Regular checking of weight can lead to stress so it’s better to do your best to achieve balance diet (today is an exemption 😂) and exercise regularly in order to prevent weight gain.
Same here. It’s funny that it will only take 2-3 days of excessive eating to gain but it will require at least a month for me to burn those extra weight 😂

I am also, but increasing weight forced me to avoid them as much as possible.
I don’t regularly check my weight but i wear tight belt and its a good indication if I’m already gaining some 😂
It's better to feel that you are not gaining; it enhances mental satisfaction but I check every morning

You are right, I am controlling it, at least I am not allowing to increase but so difficult to decrease😰
