Considering the average IQ of today's society, it probably will pass it for a lot of people. Any intelligent tester, we are a long ways off. AI is getting better at an alarming pace, but it is still very much ANI. We just have massive amounts of training data.
I love the idea of deepseek, but I did manage to break it a few days ago when I asked it about Tienamen Square 🤣. I imagine it wouldn't be that way for long if it is open source though.

It can be fine tuned to remove the censorship
