Oh, I see. Round challah is only for Rosh Hashana? As I know, challah is for Sabbath ☺️ But today, I just didn't want to eat bread from a supermarket. 🙂
there are two types of challah! For Rosh Hashana we do a special one that is round and represents the full circle of life, or the year that is a cycle/circle. That's why I thought that you made an association of the western new year with Rosh Hashana using the round challah!
Oh, I see! Now I understand. None of the recipes mentioned before that a round challah is baked for a special holiday. Thank you so much for this valuable information!
hehehe no problem! I thought that that you meant to do a round challah today because of the new year reference hehehe but it was just a causality xD that's why I made the " joke"
Our Brezel says hello to your Challah 😉 Have nice the last hours of 2024 and great start of 2025!
Happy New Year, @akipponn! Brezel looks so yummy! Did you bake it yourself?
Happy Hanukkah
You made that?! Wow, I'm impressed!
Thanks! It needs time and patience 🥰 But the result worth it.
Homemade is always better and tastier.
Happy New Year!
Exactly 👍
Happy New Year!🎉

Didn't get the joke, sorry 😬
Challah is just in time for New Year and Hanukkah 🥳
