Every Single Day, every single moment is important. One and all is important.
The Holidays of Ignorance
Examples:
Why would we need a "Mother's Day"?
Isn't every day a day to celebrate Mother's Day?
Not that you need to celebrate all day long,
just remember and appreciate her,
show her the respect she deserves,
because your mother is the reason you are born.
Doesn't having a special "Mother's Day" somehow imply that folks do ignore these facts and then organise once a year this occasion to get rid of their guilty feeling?
Or National Day
Why would we celebrate a National Day?
To celebrate a separation of other parts of the world,
to be proud of (?) being a "this or that nation",
so to fight wars for "security",
to agree to abuse it's residents for the reason of getting the budget to do (mostly) stuff nobody really asked for
and then complain the whole rest of the year about it?
Or - Labour Day
Or - all the "religious specials" with my favourite "X-mas" (find the sarcasm)
...but i gonna stop here, i guess you understand where i'm getting at...
On the other side, there are so many "special days" that soon enough most Playmobil's can party all days and nights long. Probably that's the reason... for that sure brings in some money somewhere!
Now go, say something yourself and have "fun"!!!
