Then came the question: what is the DNA of a Maxwell team member? That curiosity sparked a movement. Ray and a team of Coaches and leaders came together to shape something meaningful. They didn’t want to just talk about what team members do, but who they are. The result was the Maxwell DNA acrostic—a living, breathing definition of identity, not just function. Good at what they do. Great at who they are. That’s the difference.
