In the first part of our third episode of Leadership Superpowers, Ania and I explore how traditional leadership habits—like micromanagement, avoiding feedback, and being overly judgmental—can quietly sabotage a team's potential. Instead, we offer a refreshing approach: coaching-focused leadership. Whether you're a seasoned leader or just stepping into your first management role, this conversation might just spark your next breakthrough.

Should've shown this post to my ex team lead lol. I have firsthand experience being micromanaged and judged so I can testify that yes, it completely ruins a team morale and in turn affect the quality of work.

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that, @yugadi. Sadly, that's a far too common situation in companies all around the world. 🙁

Team building is a collaborative process. Toxicity can ruin it big time...

Toxicity can destroy everything in no time! Let us stive to build good teams! 👍

Great discussion. I really loved how you focused on the coaching-style leadership which rather seeks to empower and guide rather than to control. Looking forward to more insights from you both. Thank you for this.
