Yesterday ,when I was coming back home from Office on main road I noticed something strange.A blue bench of school class was laying between the road.
It caught my attention and I slow down the bike to have a look.
The banch was set for a indication for traffic to slow down or to change there way because something was new was there on the road.
1.A Simple Step for Childrens safety.
I noticed a small but meaningful change over the road near a local government school. A new zebra crossing was painted on the road just outside the school gates. It might not seem like much to some people, but for the children and their parents, it’s a big step toward safety.
Every day, hundreds of children cross busy roads to reach their schools.Without a proper crossing, the risk of accidents increases. This new zebra crossing provides a clear signal for drivers to slow down and allow children to cross safely. It also teaches kids the importance of using proper crossing points on roads.
This simple action gives a big message to all others school managments. It shows that small changes in our community can have a big impact. A freshly painted zebra crossing may not solve all road safety issues, but it’s a start. It’s a reminder that the safety of children should always be a priority.
I hope to see more such action should be taken in all over towns. Perhaps speed breakers, sign boards, or even traffic wardens near schools could add for the safety of children,s safety.. It’s up to us as a community to support these changes and ensure a safer environment for everyone.
This experience has made me realize how small improvements can create a positive difference in people’s lives. Let’s all look around and see what changes we can suggest or make.
