If its true that men lived a 200 years, than the most important thing would be noutrition I guess. A nourtition wich is truely regional, grown on the land you live yourself. Not grown by humans seeds, but grown by nature!
Do you know the theory, that on the land you live there will grow exactly the plants from itself wich your body needs exactly in this moment? I think its fascinating, this would mean, nature communicates with our bodies.
And of course no stress. Stress seems to be the most important factor for so many diseases. Not this "oh I have to do so many things stress" but this stress deep within our souls.

Yes I agree with you. Stress is another factor that reduces lifespan. We also need to depend more on nature and less on science that means more fresh food rather than canned foods and genetically modified foods. Thanks for the comments @beeber
