RE: How reward system works and where to check rewards on Ecency?

I was looking for a nice clarification of the voting, posting and earning process- mainly to explain to my friends who are not yet on Ecency…
This might be enough for them to understand me and join. Will continue learning about it tho, I still feel I have fog around this in my mind.
