Ecencials, How often do you use Ecency FAQ or Floating FAQ? The FAQ page provides information on the most frequently asked questions by beginners, and it is beneficial for newbies (not only) at any point in their journey.
The FAQ page has been updated and expanded to include additional answers to common questions since its initial creation on Ecency. The page now organizes answers into sections for easier navigation, allowing visitors to quickly find the information they need by clicking on the relevant section.
If you don't want to look for your question within the sections, another way to find what you are looking for is by using the search bar.
At times, the Floating FAQ can assist without requiring you to visit the FAQ page. This floating helper offers guidance and support to new users, providing various functionalities and features on each page and offering suggestions. When you're on the wallet page, you'll find questions relevant to wallet functionality and when you navigate to other pages like blogs, communities, you'll see questions and answers related to those specific pages.
Selecting the question you wish to view will take you to the section of FAQ page.
If you encounter any problems or have unanswered questions, you can reach out to us by scrolling down and clicking on the "Contact Us" button. Provide your username and describe the issue you are experiencing. By clicking the "Submit" button, you can send your message to the Ecency community.

In future, we want to add live chatting so you can get answer to your questions instantly. Concept of this functionality already in place, we will allocate some resources to implement it and anyone from community could answer the questions by new people joining Ecency and Hive.
I like how the support side has improved. Now there is option to get the answer through FAQ before the support can be called is another plus. Ecency has turned it out to be a best frontend for Hive.
Support and help new people is important because platform is huge and can become overwhelming with a lot of new information.

Cool and rehived :-)
That's really a nice step to upgraded FAQ pages and devided into sections. Now we can easily find our answers and if not, we will use the search bar...
Hats off for Ecency team

I have a post in the pipeline where I was going to ask, but I think I'll just ask here and now:
(Thank you for obliging my questions that are irrelevant to the post)
Is there a way to download a Stable Release .apk file from a source that is not the Google Play Store?
I have searched the Github repository, but have found only the Open Beta
I'm just after the same version of the software that's on the Play Store, but not from the Play Store. I could be asking too much.
Can you assist?
Please go to our github release page to find APK or IPA files. https://github.com/ecency/ecency-mobile/releases
Thank you. It seems I was looking in the wrong place. Have a lovely day
I like it when the FAQ section has separate articles for every possible question where everything is explained in simple language reading which even a complete newbie feels comfortable and confident. Having this one section is convenient for both users and creators.
