Hola, qué tal? Me paso lo mismo, yo uso una mezcla entre los puntos dos y tres. Selecciono muy bien los intereses a los quiero dedicar mi tiempo y luego les adjudico unas horas semanales. Es imprescindible respetar el horario.
Se tendría que deshacerme de alguno, no sabría de cual.
