It's pointless to look for help in:
- The seller's support
- Game support
- Game forum
At least I didn't find help this way. And the solution to the problem is quite simple. It turns out that one email address on the www.pathofexile.com portal can be associated with multiple accounts. And the access was sent to a different one. For example, an account created with the email address and a Steam account with the same email address.
In my case, it was enough to log in to www.pathofexile.com through the Steam account. The key was in the Inbox.

Reminder to play the game with an open minded attitude so that you can better enjoy the experience, it is an early access version of the game and while there are a lot of issues I think the game should be approached as a very simple, basic and grounded experience. No need to go for the best or greatest, it is okay to engage with the game and learn all the different mechanics while underpowered, appreciate the journey as there is not much destination and that is really the point of POE as a game :) Cheers, have fun!
