Soaking in and pouring out
I believe this is the main purpose of the marathon and it is important for us to help newbies as well.
We were all newbies at some point on the platform, we struggled without help and the experience from our early days should be motivation for everyone to always be available for newbies who are ready to learn.
After visiting some newbies yesterday, I felt down and had to speak with my coach. I made up my mind about an approach to supporting them and there is no going back on that.
We two newbies already and I felt excited about them.
