Great talk, I really liked having the discussion on how organic is really 3Speak and how things can fix things to improve for the others.
Having a breakdowns on the rewards is something that could be done to improve the User Experience and avoid feeling confused and frustrated on #3Speak
Also the dynamic in which content work in Hive and how some of this is not easily connected with the path of growth of a content creator makes it challenging. Content takes a backseat to strategic alliances and more 'game theory' than true organic growth based on ideas and quality of content. Even a single tag will send your article into the obscurity of those you want to reach out.
Unfortunately, all those things that you mentioned are the weak points of HIVE... SEO, finding older posts, visibility of posts, etc... Breaking down to smaller frontends and communities could help, but it looks like there is no interest in doing it... or maybe an effective way to run it...
There is also the need to generate investment for a cause. A DAO sort of structure that focus on raising investment and rewarding actions. I understand that it's possible but not many people know it.
