I did make a new year resolution this year and it was Caused by something.
Mine was to lessen my usage of sugar to 1% because it always disturb me during menstrual circles, at the beginning of the year with the zeal In me I tried reducing it and I had less pains but later on I just forget about it and went back to the habit of using excess sugar ππ, so I won't say I accomplished it to the end but at least I started so I think I need an applaud for the efforts ππ.
