Hello @mamalen maybe when you made your intro, you can also tag your friend who introduced you to hive. One tip from me to introduce yourself to community is by making an introduction. It's optional but would be awesome if you do that. As a sample of what an intro post is, you can refer to this intro post for reference:

There's no specific format on how you do your intro post, but there is some suggested content that we would love to see in your post. Information like who are you and where you're from, how did you discover Hive or who invited you, what types of content you want to see here and the types that you want to produce, and what are your expectations in this platform. There's no pressure on this. You can choose whatever information you would like to share.

I'm thinking I'm the person who introduced you and yes Hive certainly IS confusing to someone who is new to it!
My suggestion.
Post any questions or problems you have and see how the community responds. For the most part people are supportive and helpful. Many of them also don't use English as their native language so from what I've seen people are fairly understanding for grammar mistakes.

Well. It seems you can read a message and reply to it. That's a big start. Next you have to make a post yourself :) Then figure out how to add pictures. Then a little text editing and your all set to make your presence known on hive.
Of course after that you'll want to figure out how to collect your hive cash. How to invest your hive cash and eventually how to cash out your hive money :)
Also... if you are interested in a mission let me know :) Hive is nice because I can send you coin directly in response to posts. Very useful

So.... grab your crew and get them onto hive (Rupert, Lexy Faey, and others). Make introductions and join the community. Write about your experiences on getting online.
