As I see, you'll accomplish all your goals without any problem. You seem to be a committed person with your goals and you work hard for them.
About your hernia, surgery isn't an option here? It would help you to feel better.

Thank you for the encouragement :)
No the hernia (at this point, thankfully) doesn't need surgery and I would love to keep it that way .. My struggle in the past months after being pain free for 2 months in summer is getting through the day without needing heavy painkillers, if I achieve it, the day is a win :)
It's not all by my own control though because my new (yes new) mattress is more horrible than the previous one, causing me to wake up with pain some days, and sometimes you can't avoid carrying things so that adds to the pain trigger that day. I try to balance it out and not overdo things most days, which can be helpful.
Have a nice Sunday!
But if it's causing you pain, why don't you get it out of your body? I think it's better to get rid of it than being struggling
almosteveryday with pain, don't you think?Of course, it's up to you, you have the last word, but I'm just curious π€
It's not that simple, a surgery isn't a cure for everything and certainly not when it's something you can overcome without surgery.
If the hernia is really big, they will advise to do it but in my case it's not within that marge, just unlucky that it's causing a lot of pain some days.
Now I understand. If your doctors say you don't need it at the moment, then it's ok.
You'll be fine, everything's gonna be ok.
