Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our lives.
Everyone pass out stress to some stages or levels, in individual respond to stress in a different way.
There is no way we would pass through stress in our daily life and activities but the stress should not be too much ,in order for it not to affect our mental and physical well being.
We have signs and symptoms of stress;
- Lack of appetite
- Headache
- Neck and shoulder pain
- Stomach upset/ ache
- Back pain
- Heavy chest
- Muscle tighten
Physical symptoms are ;
- Skin problem (acne )
- Weight lose
- Fatigue i.e weakness
Emotional symptoms
- Depression
- Mood swings
- Increased anger
- Irritability
Stress should be management to enhance good healthy living of people, we have some ways of managing or preventing stress;
- By staying hydrated
- By getting enough sleep
- By eating healthy
- Exercising regularly
- By eating fruits
- Time management and stress management should be learnt.
- By planning and managing the time spend on consuming news.
