Pregnancy is the process and series of changes that take place in a woman's organs and tissues as a result of a developing fetus in the woman's uterus.
Pregnancy is a 9 months journey , which comes with some signs and symptoms during those periods.
Signs and symptoms of pregnancy are:

- Fatigue/body weakness

These are common signs or pregnancy in the early stages , not all people experience some of these signs, some people do gain weight and skin changes like (acne).
There are stages of pregnancy, we have pre-embryonic stage, embryonic stage and fatal stage. These stages show how the fetus develops throughout the weeks of the pregnancy.
Pregnant women should eat some specific food to avoid miscarriage or complications during child birth.

They should try all the possible best to eat balanced diets at all cause.

- Alcohol and smoking
- Caffeine
- Ready made seafoods and salads.
Pregnant women should have sufficient nutrition in body , nutritions like iron, folic acid, calcium ,protein and healthy fats.
Pregnant women should engage in exercises like
Swimming, walking and yoga sections .
