E encontrei bons motivos pra isso…
Nesse post, vou contar tudo o que estou preparando por aqui. Ou quase tudo, eu acho. Afinal, não quero estragar surpresas…

Meu novo vício / My new addiction!
Primeiro, gostaria de destacar o que me "inspirou" a estar aqui mais uma vez: o game Skyweaver!
Pra mim, nem mesmo Splinterlands foi tão viciante (apesar de ser grato pelo que consegui fazer, com a renda dele).
First, I would like to highlight what "inspired" me to be here again: the game Skyweaver! For me, even Splinterlands wasn't that addictive (although I'm grateful for what I was able to do, with the income from it).
Sendo sincero, o meu objetivo inicial no game era conseguir algumas cartas, e consequentemente, alguns dólares. Pra minha decepção, conseguir criptoativos no Skyweaver não é tão fácil quanto em outros "games nft". Ele é um TCG por turno, parecido com Heartstone. Então, é necessário prestar muita atenção em cada rodada. E claro, como um ótimo noob, eu não consegui nada de relevante nele. Só poucas cartas prateadas (que não chegam nem à 10).
Honestly, my initial goal in the game was to get some cards, and consequently, some dollars.
To my disappointment, getting cryptocurrencies in Skyweaver is not as easy as in other "nft games". It is a turn-based TCG, similar to Heartstone. So, it is necessary to pay close attention to each round.
And of course, as a great noob, I didn't get anything relevant out of it. Only a few silver cards (which don't even reach 10).
Então, se eu não estou ganhando nada com o game, minha personalidade diria pra parar de jogar. E eu realmente parei! 3 vezes!
Mas olha que irônico: um dos games que mais me frustrou (pela quantidade de vezes que apanhei em uma ranked), é justamente um dos games que tá "desenterrando" ideias que eu já tinha assassinado!
So if I'm not earning anything from the game, my personality would tell me to stop playing. And I really stopped! Three times! But look how ironic: one of the games that frustrated me the most (for the number of times I was beaten in a ranked), is precisely one of the games that is "digging up" ideas that I had already murdered!
Resumindo: sim, Skyweaver é mais um jogo onde eu sou horrível… O problema, é que além dele ser absurdamente cativante pra mim, muitas novas oportunidades surgiram desde que comecei a jogar ele. Acredita que até reativei meu Spotify por causa dele? Vou explicar isso no próximo tópico…
In short: yes, Skyweaver is another game where I'm horrible… The problem is that besides being absurdly captivating for me, many new opportunities have arisen since I started playing it.

Oi de novo, Spotify! / Hello again, Spotify!
Há alguns meses, eu nem estava mais utilizando o Spotify. Pra mim, ele estava ficando insuportável por ter tanta propaganda na versão gratuita.
Então, quando comprei outro smartphone, eu desisti de instalar o Spotify, e decidi experimentar o Resso. Achei incrível. Gostei tanto que pela primeira vez, fiz questão de assinar um app de música.
A few months ago, I wasn't even using Spotify anymore. For me, it was becoming unbearable to have so much advertising in the free version.
So, when I bought another smartphone, I gave up installing Spotify, and decided to try Resso. I thought it was amazing. I liked it so much that for the first time, I spared no effort to subscribe to a music app..
Alguns meses usando a versão Premium do Resso, comecei a sentir falta de algumas coisas que o Spotify já tinha, mesmo na versão gratuita. Coisas simples como uma barra de pesquisa para achar determinada playlist que criei. É… Não tem isso no Resso...
Além disso, alguns singles e álbuns de vários artistas que eu ouvia diariamente, também foram removidos da plataforma. Os mesmos que estão disponíveis no Spotify.
A few months using the Premium version of Resso, I started to miss some things that Spotify already had, even in the free version. Simple things like a search bar to find a certain playlist I created. Yeah... There's no such thing on Resso... Also, some singles and albums from various artists that I listened to daily were also removed from the platform. The same ones that are available on Spotify.
Por fim, recentemente, eu percebi que já existiam alguns conteúdos sobre Skyweaver. Conteúdos esses, que eu pensava em fazer. Isso me desanimou.
Porém… Ainda não existem podcasts sobre ele! Com certeza a oportunidade de ser um dos primeiros, me reanimou!!
Mas calma: não vou fazer um podcast só sobre o Skyweaver. O game precisa de alcance, e eu também! Não dá pra gerar engajamento só com um game pouco conhecido, por mais incrível que ele seja.
Finally, recently, I noticed that there was already some content about Skyweaver. These contents, which I thought of doing. It put me off.
However… There are still no podcasts about him! The opportunity to be one of the first certainly revived me!!
But calm down: I'm not going to do a podcast just about Skyweaver. The game needs range, and so do I! You can't generate engagement just with a little-known game, no matter how amazing it is.

Simples: o formato será de "blog pessoal".
Sabe aqueles vlogs? Aqueles vídeos onde a pessoa fala sobre uma experiência de viagem, sobre algum filme que acabou de assistir, um livro que acabou de ler, e várias outras coisas que ela acha interessante compartilhar? Pois é… Vou poder finalmente poder compartilhar tudo o que quiser com você, sem que você precise ficar olhando pra minha cara!
So how will the podcast work?
Simple: the format will be "personal blog".
You know those vlogs? Those videos where the person talks about a travel experience, about a movie they just watched, a book they just read, and several other things they find interesting to share? Yeah... I'll finally be able to share everything I want with you, without you having to look at my face!
Ainda vou divulgar melhor sobre como isso vai acontecer, mas, já tenho dois convidados para o primeiro episódio: um é embaixador do Skyweaver aqui no Brasil, e outro faz parte da equipe da Horizon!
I'm still going to disclose more about how this will happen, but I already have two guests for the first episode: one is a Skyweaver ambassador here in Brazil, and another is part of the Horizon team!
Infelizmente, não tenho como trazer podcasts em inglês ou outros idiomas pra vocês.
Talvez eu possa resolver isso em um futuro não muito distante. Mas por enquanto, apenas posso trazer esses podcasts totalmente em português.

O Spotify é uma das poucas plataformas de áudio que oferecem um bom suporte para podcasters, não só em termos de audiência (apesar de não acreditar que vou ter tanto engajamento no início), como também em termos de ferramenta. O Anchor, app pra celular, me permite gravar os episódios online com qualquer convidado, e fazer o upload sem grandes dificuldades.
Então, por essa atenção até com produtores que trabalham com dispositivos móveis, não tem como eu escolher outra plataforma.
Claro que, nada me impede de colocar o mesmo episódio em outra plataforma como o YouTube, mas falo sobre isso outra hora.
Spotify is one of the few audio platforms that offer good support for podcasters, not only in terms of audience (although I don't believe I'll get as much engagement at first), but also in terms of the tool. Anchor, a mobile app, allows me to record episodes online with any guest, and upload them without much difficulty.
So, because of this attention even with producers who work with mobile devices, there is no way I could choose another platform. Of course, nothing prevents me from putting the same episode on another platform like YouTube, but I'll talk about that another time.
Despedida / Farewell??
Minha intenção com o @splinter-anjos era dar início ao projeto, e futuramente deixá-lo com um ou mais amigos que não só conseguissem renda extra aqui na Hive, mas também aumentassem essa renda jogando Splinterlands.
Infelizmente, esses amigos acabaram não aceitando a proposta, e a "Splinter-anjos" ficou sob minha total responsabilidade. Desde os textos até à parte gráfica, eu fazia sozinho.
My intention with @splinter-anjos was to start the project, and in the future leave it with one or more friends who not only get extra income here at Hive, but also increase that income by playing Splinterlands.
Unfortunately, these friends ended up not accepting the proposal, and "Splinter-anjos" was under my full responsibility. From the texts to the graphics, I did it myself.
Decidi continuar o projeto, não só por respeito à comunidade, mas também por achar interessante agregá-lo à Revista Dimensão Alternativa (@rdabrasil).
Mas no início, eu queria trazer um conteúdo com muita qualidade e informação, até mesmo pra ajudar os novatos que ainda estivessem perdidos no game. Porém, não demorou muito pra que eu percebesse que, vários jogadores e produtores de Splinterlands (principalmente a comunidade brasileira) já estavam produzindo muito além do que eu sequer imaginaria.
I decided to continue the project, not only out of respect for the community, but also because I found it interesting to add it to Dimensão Alternativa magazine (@rdabrasil).
But at the beginning, I wanted to bring content with a lot of quality and information, even to help newcomers who were still lost in the game. However, it didn't take long for me to realize that several players and producers of Splinterlands (mainly the Brazilian community) were already producing far beyond what I could even imagine.
Então, sim: o projeto "Splinter-anjos" também vai ser paralisado. O conteúdo que eu produzia, já não é mais necessário dentro da Hive.
Mas, ainda tenho algumas coisas pra fazer no Splinterlands fora da Hive. Quero que leitores e seguidores da Revista Dimensão Alternativa também conheçam o game, e principalmente o ecossistema que a Hive possui. Splinterlands e a comunidade da Hive me ajudaram muito… E creio que possam ajudar algumas pessoas ainda.
Então, não vou trazer conteúdo como antes sobre Splinterlands, mas ainda é possível que ele apareça em algum post ou edição da @rdabrasil.
So yes: the "Splinter-anjos" project will also be paralyzed. The content I produced is no longer needed within Hive.
But, I still have some things to do in Splinterlands outside of Hive. I want readers and followers of Dimensão Alternativa magazine to also get to know the game, and especially the ecosystem that Hive has. Splinterlands and the Hive community helped me a lot… And I think they can help some people. So, I won't bring content like before about Splinterlands, but it's still possible that it will appear in some post or issue of @rdabrasil.

Tinha um livro / There was a book…
É… Tinha um livro. Inclusive, se você olhar meus posts mais antigos, vai perceber que eu tentei financiamento dele aqui na Hive, mas infelizmente, não tive sucesso.
Yeah… There was a book. By the way, if you look at my older posts, you'll notice that I tried to finance it here at Hive, but unfortunately, I wasn't successful.
O livro, era sobre jogos "play to earn'', e tinha como objetivo ensinar sobre alguns games NFT e o mercado cripto. Seria uma espécie de "manual de instruções".
The book was about "play to earn" games, and aimed to teach about some NFT games and the crypto market. It would be a kind of "instruction manual".
Como a meta de campanha não foi alcançada, optei por trazer o mesmo conteúdo para a Revista Dimensão Alternativa. Algumas dessas informações que seriam escritas no livro, agora vão vir na segunda edição da Revista.
A primeira edição foi lançada em outubro. Dá uma olhada na capa!
As the campaign goal was not achieved, I chose to bring the same content to Alternative Dimension magazine. Some of this information that would have been written in the book will now appear in the second edition of the Magazine.
