In a time where junk food has invaded our customs, and they are making our health an odyssey. Since I was little I always had a not very healthy diet, and at the age of 12 I was already hypertensive. Over the years I have realized that food is the key.
I completely agree with you, a healthy diet is key to maintaining good health. It is important to find ones that you enjoy and that fit into your lifestyle. Eating healthy food is not only good for your physical health, but it can also improve your mental well-being. When you feel good physically, you are more likely to feel good mentally as well.
