Every Hive account owner can vote on as many Hive funding proposals as he or she wants to at any given time (unlike voting for Hive Witnesses which is limited to 30 at a time). 🤓

    I think that if a person on Hive wants to vote on all funding proposals, then he or she should not vote on the return proposal where all proposals under it won't get funded on a "round" (an hour). 🤔🤯😅
