I think that if a person on Hive wants to vote on all funding proposals (which is impractical anyway), then he or she should not vote on the return proposal where all proposals under it won't get funded on a round (corresponding to an hour of funding). π€π€―π

Hahaha...I'm not too fond of the Return Proposal. Above and/or below it seems to cover just about everything, at least potentially! π π π β¨ π€
