Haha...indeed, true, however it still has some benefits, like being able to create a web app out of any website, regardless of whether it supports progressive web apps or not.

Creating a web app is one thing, but ensuring that it works properly is a different thing. π€―π
If I want to try to ensure that my token tipping attempts are successful, I would simply tip !PIZZA and/or !WINEX right now, whose bots are currently (almost) guaranteed to be working. π€π
Yes, perhaps, but I've really never had issues appear, other than Android making a change that stopped the app-created ones from working.
I appreciate !PIZZA a fair bit, but I'm just annoyed that most of the time I have no idea if it's actually working or not. !VSC is one of my standbys that almost always works. πππβ¨π€
To see if your !PIZZA command worked, simply go to #PeakD or #HiveBlog and look at your Hive account notifications from there. π€π

Yes, that is a useful way to do it, for sure, but it's another step, and when I have a lot of notifications to get through in a night, I do best to avoid extra steps. πππβ¨π€

Looks like you oftentimes just simply assume that your PIZZA tipping command worked because it is difficult to see on the #Ecency frontend if your tipping attempts are successful. π€π

Pretty much, yep. I see notifications of successful calls on some posts, but that's about it. From my perspective the PIZZA bot script is done very poorly. BEER too. I learn a lot about how to do things better by seeing all the silly ways that people do things. π π π β¨ π€
