Om is a very spiritual symbol. As a hardcore theist, I believe so much in the divine power. The thing that there is a energy somewhere in the universe which is the creator of everything, fascinates me spiritually. Om is about connecting to the universe. It is a sacred sound. If we sit with our spine straight, facing east direction and chant the word Om, we will feel immense satisfaction and peace. By doing this we can align our frequency with that of the original universal frequency. This is a meditational practice by which we can silence the noises of mind.
