- Write down the words that describe your brands' CHARACTERISTICS.
Make a list of everything that pops up in your head and do your homework by researching. Don't choose more than 5.
Define the characteristics of your brands' voice with a short DESCRIPTION.
Create a guideline of the things you can DO to share your brand's voice.
Create a guideline of the things you DON'T DO with your brand's voice
