Really, what is branding?
How does it connect to the Visual Identity and Brand Strategy of a brand?
The first thing you sell is your product!
But without a package, a logo, or identity it is just a commodity.

Your brand is how people feel and think about the product or service.
You must know how your brand makes them feel, think, act and behave?

Branding is how we create that feeling in people and make the strategy come alive. We can't control the brand because you CAN NOT control what people think and how they feel but you CAN influence how they perceive it. You can try to change how people feel about your brand.
This means influencing people's perceptions by creating an awesome brand experience in all touchpoints.
What are brand touchpoints? Brand touchpoints are opportunities/ chances for the brand to interact with its customers. These can be anything! That is why it needs to be consistent with your brand.
Examples of touchpoints are:
- Visual Communication ( in the brand identity manual )
- Brand Market Communication ( in the marketing plan )
- Brand Ambassadors (all people and employees that represent the company)
Now, let's take a look at Marketing!
What is Marketing?
"Marketing is the generous act of helping others to achieve their goals. Creating honest stories that resonate and spread." —Seth Godin.
'You can NOT expect to be seen UNTIL you first learn to see.
Make marketing a habit if you want to make sure of a balanced/ stable flow of clients & customers. It's not spamming or a clever disguise to pitch or to talk about yourself.
Networking is you getting to know people and influence are the people that know you. You have to make it easier for your audience to find you rather than your competitors.
By building awareness, your conversions will start to increase, you'll get more customers and you will be able to sell more products. You could also ask people to volunteer to enroll in a long-term marketing campaign.
