Since I came across a picture on social media; a lot have been going through my mind. At the same time, I feel it’s high time men begin to be truthful to the ladies rather than deceiving them. I am a bit disturbed and I rather voice out my mind.
The point is marriage is not child’s play. IT’S NOT SKIT OR COMEDY. It is REAL BUSINESS. These men out there know what it means to marry “peace of mind”. You may argue that it’s not by dressing, by the way a lot of well covered sisters still end up having a broken marriage. Although, It is better to marry a decent woman than to gamble with your life.
When men want to while away time, promote their uneducative contents to gain followers on social media and enjoy that few minutes of pleasure, they go for the uncultured ladies, those one that have no shame at all! Exposing what is necessary to be covered. No dignity of womanhood. No fear of God! No respect for the sanctity of marriage. They use them and dump them back to the gutters! And another useless man will continue from where the former stopped. Ladies don’t be deceived. Men know what it means to marry a lady that will give him peace and not sleepless nights. At least, they must have the fear of God.
Men are becoming more discerning and wiser. The trend now is to settle with the lady that will give them peace not heart attack. A lady they can leave at home and have no fear or distrust.
A lady that understands the biblical meaning of ‘submissiveness’. Not the one that will never regard you as her head. A lady that will always give her utmost support even when the chips are down.
If you are a brother, please don’t settle for anything less. Go for the best. Don’t play BetNaija with your life. You know what will give you peace, go for it. Even the worldly men out there are scared of marrying wrong. They know what it means to marry a mistake. It is suicide. They know it. When they want to enjoy the pleasures of this world, they know the ones to go for; but when it’s time to settle down maritally, they go for those ones that are cultured and well brought up; because that’s the address of peace. They want ladies that will be mothers indeed to train their children not to make the same mistakes they are making; ungodly men know their ways are not pure.
Proverbs 18:22 says ‘Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD. Good things are sometimes hard to find but it’s necessary you find them for your peace sake. A good thing is a good thing. A bad thing is a bad thing. Favour comes when you find a good thing first. May you find it and not miss it. Sadly, a lot of men are missing it, being carried away with cosmetics, bleached skins, exposed bodies, artificial beauty and vanities! But Bro. Ebere, beauty is in the heart, will you shut up your mouth! If you have the Spirit of God, He will teach you how to appear. The Holy Spirit is holy not sexy and seductive. Don’t be deceived by the sermons of Satan.
