Today I went to the market. Unfortunately, today the market was quite quiet. There were almost no vendors selling anything because today is Chinese New Year. This caused many vendors in the market to close and sell their products.
I planned to buy some food to make for dinner, but in the end, I didn't get any food. But that's okay, there's still hope. It's okay. I can go back and buy food from the village shop, that's what I thought.
This is a new market. I have been here many times. During the day, the market is quite quiet. This market is lively at 5:00 AM because the vendors go out to buy things to sell. And the food in this market is very cheap. In the morning, there are snacks, dried food, fresh food, vegetables and meat. Cheap prices. If you have time to shop in the early morning, it is worth coming to this market because the shops near your house come out to buy from this market to sell to us again or called middlemen. Today I came in the afternoon, the market was closed and especially as I said today is Chinese New Year. The market is quite empty so I took pictures. And is there anything to go home with?
Driving out of the market, when I reached the village shop, I went down to buy some food. Today, in the shop's refrigerator, there were fish, shrimp, squid, and chicken, pork, but there wasn't much of each, so I chose to buy fish, shrimp, and squid. Let's say I bought 500 grams of seafood in total. And I walked to the counter to buy vegetables to store. Today I bought cabbage, shallots, curry paste, and snacks for my daughter.
When I arrived at the garden house, I rushed into the kitchen.
To prepare dinner, I took the ingredients I bought out of the bag and put them in a container. I noticed that the fish was quite fresh today, but the squid and shrimp didn't seem fresh. Then I washed the fish and squid with salt water 1-2 times and then washed them with clean water. Start by using a knife to cut the fish into pieces or into tubes. Then peel the shrimp. I recommend removing the black vein on the back of the shrimp. Squid: Actually, I don't like to cook squid that much because I don't like the color of the bag. If I cook squid with sauce, my stuff will turn black with the color of squid ink. When I cook squid, I have to be careful and use a small, sharp knife. But this is practice. When you're good at it, everything gets easier, right, my friends? When you've prepared some of the ingredients, let's go to the next step.
Boil the yardlong beans in hot water for a beautiful look and to prevent them from wilting. When the water boils, prepare the yardlong beans and put them in. Use a ladle to press the yardlong beans into the hot water. When the yardlong beans start to cook, prepare a basin of cold water.
Close it. We soak the yardlong beans in cold water for about 5 minutes. Then we will prepare the other steps.

• Green beans 150 grams
• Curry paste 58 grams
• Shrimp paste 1 1/2 teaspoons
• Fish sauce 2 tablespoons
• Rosdee 1 1/2 teaspoons
• Sugar 1 teaspoon
• Lime 2 pieces
• Water 500 grams
• Pink salt 2 teaspoons
• Turmeric 2 ngaeng
When everything is ready, let's go back to the yardlong beans again. Take the yardlong beans out of the cold water, then cut them into sections and plant the yardlong beans. It's similar to a rope. You don't have to tie them for this menu. Normally, when you make sour curry, you cut them diagonally. You can put fresh yardlong beans in the sour curry. But for my cooking, I know it's too easy to do it that way, so I practiced Tying the yardlong beans.
method
Start by turning on the stove. Today, I'm using an electric stove like usual. Use medium heat. Place the container on the stove. Then add clean water. Wait until the water boils, then add the curry paste and shrimp paste. Use a spatula to stir the curry paste until it dissolves and blends with the water. Stir slowly and continuously until the curry paste dissolves and blends well with the water. Then let the curry paste boil.
Then add turmeric. Focus on herbs at this time because I have a cough.
Then add the fish, one piece at a time, until all are used up. Hold the fish that you put in so that it is submerged in the soup and wait for the fish to cook.
When the fish is cooked, season with fish sauce, salt, pink. Seasoning powder and sugar and lime. Then use a ladle to mix everything together and let it boil again. While waiting, taste and adjust the taste as you like.
Done. There is "Kaeng Som" and then there must be fried food, which is I made an additional egg menu, which is fried eggs, stuffed omelets. Serve with hot rice and vegetables as you like.
