From now on, I can tell you that the taste is very spicy and will definitely please those who love spicy food. The specialty of this menu is the combination of the deliciousness of soft pork intestines, pork, and fresh chili of various colors that make it both spicy and beautiful. When stir-fried together with fragrant herbs, you get a delicious, well-rounded and fragrant menu. Eating it with hot jasmine rice or sticky rice is a happiness that cannot be compared to anything else.

Ingredients and ingredients

350 grams of pork intestines
200 grams of pork
Red, green, yellow, as spicy as you like
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of lemongrass
1 tablespoon of finely ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon of palm sugar
