Good day dear friends! Among my posts you can rarely find post where I share with you info about restaurants or food. And here exactly that post where I'd like to share such an worthy place where we met with friend of mine. About him I mentioned already in my unpacking-of-late-crypto-presents post. But it's worth to return to The Bull restaurant. This restaurant is positioned as a place of cultural meat consumption. And there are several of it's branches in different cities. The restaurant we visited is located in Moscow. And according to it's official site idea of it is at the heart of restaurant concept. Founders believe that good meat can and should be accessible for all!
So entrance of restaurant The restaurant is decorated in a strict style. The restaurant is located in a large spacious room, with dim light and a pleasant atmosphere.
As you can see in the restaurant there are many paraphernalia related to bulls, their breeding and housing.
When we were in the restaurant, even though it was a weekday, there were a lot of people, and considering that we had not reserved a place in advance, we had to wait a bit until a table became free.
Now let's move from concept to menu. Here I'd like to separate it for several parts. First of them is a breakfasts. At morning time after opening you can order such meals like Omelet with green vegetables; Scramble with ham and parmesan or Honey cheesecakes with vanilla cream.
As appetizers you can choose Eggplants in breading; Turkey julienne with garlic bruschetta; Beef tar-tar;Cauliflower with parmesan and truffle oil; Shrimps in batter or Vitello Tonnato .
If you like salads you will find in menu Salad with beef tongue and walnut sauce or Salad with roast beef.
Of course I won't to rewrite whole menu, but I'd like to share with you that meals which we ordered for us.
So as main meal my friend decided to order Pasta with Braised Beef made with Pasta, Beef, Parmesan, Pesto Sauce, Meat Sauce and Braised Beef.
And in turn, I ordered the Barbecue pork ribs. This meal consisted of Pork Ribs sous vide, French fried onions, BBQ sauce, bleu-cheese sauce
Also as so as we met after work we both decided to order Tom-Yam soup and Original burger The Bull made with Black Angus ground beef patty, caramelized onions, Burger Sauce, Cheddar, pickled jalapeño peppers, homemade bun.
Also on our order were fries, original non-alcoholic cocktails and margartia pizza. But here I think it's to common meals and I won't publish their pictures here.
We spent about 2 hours in the restaurant and the total check we got about 45, which I think is pretty good for such an institution. The food was served as it was ready and was hot and tasty. I decided for myself that I am ready to give the restaurant a high mark and come back here again, considering the reasonable prices, food quality and atmosphere.
