However, Hive users should first agree if using Hive Proposals to vote upon a proposed change (which will be applied on the next Hive Hard Fork) would be acceptable to the community as a whole. 🤔🤓

Haha...so we'd need community votes to determine if community votes can be used to steer the direction of the Blockchain. That might be a hair problematic. Chickens and eggs come to mind.
