Hello hiver friends! today i will share my weekly relaxation with my family. Yesterday we had a bonding moment with my family, we go to the mall, window shopping and have fun to relax with the kids. We eat our favorite menu in fast food chain. In a week, we have to make sure that we have time, with the kids, they have rules to follow, no cellphone to be use especially during walking and eating time, they only allowed when there is a good background they want to shoot for a photo souvenir.
Upon reaching to the mall, the kids asking immediately what kind of food they want. So we get inside immediately one of the food chain and order Crispy pata, the golden slices of the meat added a nice crunch to the meal children love it. It's a great for dipping a spicy sauce or a merely simple banana catsup. The moment we take a bite for a cruncy crispy pata is like, we see a clear blue sky melted in our mouth🤤
Nothing beats a satisfying meal filled with bold flavors and Filipino goodness! 🤤
Another kind of menu we order, fresh from the sea is what we called "Inihaw na pusit" is very delicious filipino food also, especially there is a sauce that mixed with white onion, fresh tomato, lemon or vinegar and siling laboyo or the hot chili. ohh it's so yummy melting in our mouth. We can't control our diet.😊We have plenty of rice consumed on that very moment. Each of us have an appetite. Thanks God for the great moment and enjoying every minute of our loveone's.
Here is another menu we order, Korean barbeque is also good. It is our first time to taste this kind of food. It is made of grilled chicken with matching sauce. There are many different menu in korean food, next time we want to taste "samgyeopsal" There something about food court meals that just hits differently especially when you're hungry after walking around in the mall. Thanks to our friend who introduce.
🥣 Hot Noodle Soup – this is what we called "Lomi" here in the Philippines, it's yummy and full of flavors. This bowl was packed with soft noodles, fresh veggies, and a thick, flavorful broth, delicious perfect for a comforting meal. It is good also when the weather is cool, it makes our body warm.
🥩 Beef Rice Bowl – This was the ultimate comfort food! Juicy beef strips on top of warm white rice, coated in a rich, savory sauce. Absolutely delicious!
🍜 Stir-Fried Glass Noodles with Chicken – This menu is called " sotanghon" This is definitely a standout! The chewy, flavorful noodles mixed with tender chicken, crunchy carrots, and fresh greens vegetables made every bite enjoyable. A perfect mix of savory and slightly sweet flavors, and for me it's delicious, this is my favorite food. I like it so much!
🥦 Mixed Veggies in Light Sauce – This menu is called " four seasons" a fresh and healthy touch! Mushrooms, bell peppers, cauliflower, and more, all soaked in a delicious sauce. A great balance to the other dishes.
