I am from Venezuela, specifically the state of Miranda, here there is no snow in any season, it is hot, it rains a little almost daily, in this month and it is quite cool, in the hours of the night until dawn the weather is very cool!!! however, in the state of Merida if there is snow in some seasons and beautiful, then it is cold and you have to go warm.
