The general idea is that we are all active bloggers that support one another but not in a structured way. Reciprocal growth helps but other then the semi-cohesive idea to motive one-another, the weekly stats do well to show each person's growth and attainment of targets.

Hive is designed Intrinsically as a networking tool, new Hivers get told to find a niche, along with that I'd add find your team or group.
Yeah. This all started when I was keeping score of my own HP growth, then I added my family, then I added my Hive "class" of newbies two years ago and then it turned into this.
My idea was to make the Busy Bees 100 members strong and to eventually grow all those members to Minnow and above and create a second group for new Redfish to join and be supported as long as they are active.
Obviously with my recent trips to the hospital, I have not done any recruiting.
